What am I doing now?
As of August 2024, We have recently finished the farm house remodel and rented it at fair market value all while house hacking (parking our tiny house in the back.)
We currently have 5 Flips under our belt, 2 are rentals, allowing me to live financially comfortable until we buy our next property!
& of course, sharing the whole journey to our community through our @beautyandabuilder socials.
How did I start?
2021
Began building a tiny house & learning about construction.
Bought a property at a tax deed sale.
Bought a used mobile home & added it to the property.
Renovated the mobile home DIY style to learn the ins and outs.
2022
Rented the mobile home and was making $1300/ month.
Bought another property at auction to flip.
Spent 6 months renovating “Bluey”
Housing market starts to Stabilize.
2023
Started shopping for our next investment to house hack.
Finished “Bluey’ & sold my shares in the property.
Finished our tiny house & moved in.
Bought our next investment, “the farm house.”
NOW
Gutted and renovated the farm house in 6 months.
Living tiny for 1 year to save $ to invest.
Rented out the farm house & is now finically comfortable.
